Intentions: I provide the tools and support to help you create intentions
that are fully aligned with your authentic self.
Accomplishments: You will be amazed at the ease with which you will be taking significant steps towards goals that you
only dreamed about in the past. Before you know it, you will be living a life that
is fully aligned with your highest self and your highest dreams!
Are you ready to reach for
your highest dreams? Are you ready to explore your path using fun artistic and creative tools? I
provide 100% positive support coaching services based on your ideals and your goals. I help you to set intentions and
goals that truly support you and your desires and dreams. I offer you "Artsignments" based on your needs.
These are fun, creative and enlightening. You don't need to be an 'artist' to do these exercises.
Everyone has the ability to explore directions in their lives using these playful tools. I offer an initial Foundation Session which lasts approximately two hours. This session provides a set
of tools which will be used in the coaching sessions that follow. Those coaching sessions are guided by your desires
and goals. In addition to powerful questions, Artsignments and positive support, I provide accountability and guidance
towards manifesting your highest dreams, desires and wishes. If you live in the Maryland/Washington DC area, I am happy to conduct the Foundation
Session in person, otherwise it is easily accomplished by phone. Coaching sessions are normally conducted exclusively
by phone. Coaching services are purchased on a monthly basis, but you may start at any time.
