Coaching Services                                                               

I provide 100% positive support coaching services based on your ideals and your goals.  I will help you to set intentions and goals that truly support you and your desires and dreams. 

I offer an initial Foundation Session which lasts approximately two hours.  This session provides a set of tools which will be used in the coaching sessions that follow.  Those coaching sessions are guided by your desires and goals.  I will help you to generate tasks, or 'requests' that come entirely from you, therefore these tasks are easily managed.  I provide accountability and guidance towards manifesting your highest dreams, desires and wishes. 

If you live in the Maryland/Washington DC area, I am happy to conduct the Foundation Session in person, otherwise it is easily accomplished by phone.  Coaching sessions are normally conducted exclusively by phone.

Foundation Session (prelude to all coaching packages)

        2-hour Session - $100 one time fee

Full Lotus Coaching Package

        Coaching Sessions: 45 minutes, 3 times per month - $240 per month

Half Lotus Coaching Package 

Coaching Sessions: 45 minutes, 2 times per month - $160 per month
